WOD 1:
6 mins. AMRAP
1000m /800m Row
Max Burpee over the Rower
* 2 SCORES (TIME ON THE ROWER & REPS ON THE BURPEES)
**Rules and Movement Standards:
- Athletes may sit on the rower at the start
- Stepping in/out is allowed on the burpee over the rower
[Rx & Advanced: Mandatory to Jump over the Rower]
WOD 2:
12 EMOM
- Double Unders, / Single Unders
- Wallwalks 25cm/50cm/1m
- Bar MU / Pull-ups / Ring Rows
- Ground to Overhead 60/40 - 50/35 - 40/30
* 4 SCORES (THE TOTAL REPS AT EACH STATION)
**Rules and Movement Standards:
- Athletes hold the jump rope at the start
- Wallwalks;
* Every rep begins and ends with the athlete lying down, with their chest, feet, hands (next to their chest) and thighs touching the ground
