Basic Training

Basic Training is a hassle free workout for those who just want to get lean, without having to stress whether or not they have the skills or stamina to keep up with the rest; no metcons, no complicated skills, no time pressure. Just a clean workout with coaching to help you improve your personal fitness even more.




The OLY class covers Olympic Weightlifting and will fall under a different type of programming. As these lifts are more complex movements, we emphasize on technique and will be taught to you per your own level of capacity. For those who love to lift, this is your happy hour at the bar.


Mobility: This refers to how freely a joint can move throughout its full range of motion. Muscle length [flexibility], muscle tension / tissue quality and how the nervous system controls the joint all come into play. This is why foam rolling / massage to address muscle tension / tissue quality, stretching to address muscle length and dynamic mobility / corrective exercises to address the nervous system are all needed for good joint mobility. This 30 mins. class will be dedicated on guiding you on resolving pain, preventing injury, and optimizing your quality of movements.
