On the Devil’s Press , you may use whatever accessible to you ( single our double arm) example, Backpack, kettlebell, dumbbell, bumper plate, anny object that you can hold on firmly and safe to use. this workout should be fast

if you are doing single arm Devil’s press with light weight, make it 20 reps each round
